Mr. Elango is the Founder of Morrison. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore (FIPAS). He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore), an Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA), and a certified PMC in Financial Management. With over 30 years of distinguished experience in financial advisory, corporate restructuring, and strategic consulting, Mr. Elango provides seasoned leadership and practical solutions to clients.

Alvin Yeo Kiat Ooi

Senior Associate – Accounts & Business Solutions

Mr. Alvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Malaysia and leads the Accounts & Business Solutions Division. He is a results-driven accounting professional with expertise in audit, bookkeeping, accounting review, and compilation reporting, ensuring clients’ financial reports are accurate, compliant, and strategically aligned with their business goals.

Krishnaraj Venkataraman

Director, Investment Innovation & Transformation

Mr. Krishnaraj holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. He is an experienced investment professional and entrepreneur who began his career at Tata Group and Procter & Gamble. He founded India’s first major online advertising network and later sold Marketics for USD 64 million. At Morrison, he now leverages his expertise in investment planning and portfolio management to maximize capital allocation and long-term profitability.

Mr. Krishnaraj is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with a strong track record in corporate strategy, venture building, and investment management. He brings extensive experience in driving business transformation, investment growth, and strategic value creation across industries.

He began his career with the prestigious House of Tatas, one of India’s most respected conglomerates, where he developed a strong foundation in corporate operations and management. He later joined Procter & Gamble in a leadership role, further honing his strategic and operational expertise in a global business environment.

An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Krishnaraj went on to found one of India’s earliest venture-funded companies at a time when institutional funding was still in its infancy in the country’s technology landscape. He subsequently built and led India’s largest online advertising network, pioneering digital marketing innovation in the region.

As an early co-owner of Marketics, a leading analytics offshoring firm, he successfully bootstrapped and guided the company through its acquisition by WNS Global Services in 2008, in a transaction valued at approximately USD 64 million.

With over 18 years of experience in investment planning and client onboarding, particularly among high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) from India, Krishnaraj is known for his deep understanding of wealth preservation, portfolio management, and capital allocation.

A strong advocate of Buffett-inspired investment principles, Krishnaraj has built a reputation for delivering bespoke investment solutions through Kimi & Partners, combining prudence with innovation to achieve sustainable growth.

At Morrison, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s strategic investment direction, focusing on maximizing capital efficiency and driving long-term profitability. His leadership continues to guide Morrison’s transformation journey, ensuring that the firm remains at the forefront of strategic and financial excellence.
